After your enquiry is received and you confirm that you wish to book Jasmine cottage, your booking will be provisionally noted but not confirmed until your 25% deposit is received. when your deposit is received at this point only will your days be marked as 'booked' on the calendar, you will then be issued with confirmation booking documents.
Your final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Once the final balance has been paid details and directions of the cottage will be sent to you.
A standard £50 per person security/breakage deposit is charged, irrespective of length of stay or number of guests. This deposit is to be paid in a separate amount with your final balance payment. This will be held until the cottage has been checked after your departure.
Please ensure that you obtain travel insurance.
